THE NEW METHOD OF LAPAROSCOPIC MYOMECTOMY

The new method of carrying out a laparoscopic myomectomy is presented in the article on which the patent of the Russian Federation for the invention is taken out (№ 2482807, № 2012100191/14, pending 11.01.2012). The main stages of carrying out conservative surgery are shown. The differences and advantages of the elaborated method in comparison with other methods of operation are noted. It is known that it is necessary to reduce uterus blood supply for successful implementing myomectomy. The application of the elaborated method in practice allows to reduce intraoperative blood loss up to 50 ml.
