Abstract

The researches before and after combined and single effects of Hurricane fort pesticide and a hyperthermia on pro-oxidatic, antioxidant and protective systems in a brain of rats of the higher nervous activity of various types were carried out in this scientific work. Thus, the researches were carried out both on the left, and the right cerebral hemispheres of rats. The conditions of pro-oxidatic and protective systems are indicators of state of cellular membranes of brain. Before the experiment, using the method of "Testing field", rats of strong, medium and weak types were pointed out and divided subsequently into "control" and "experimental" groups. After that "experimental" group was put to two-week effect of pesticide and a hyperthermia, and the "control" group was taken on further biochemical research of a state of pro-oxidatic, antioxidant (level of concentration of malondialdehyde, diethenoid conjugate) and protective systems in brain (activity of catalase and general proteolytic activity). Similar biochemical research was conducted for "experimental" group. The received data testify that both extreme factors (pesticide and hyperthermia) had negative effect on conditions of cellular membranes of brain, increasing the degree of injury of protective system of brain. Especially negative effect was shown at the combined action of both factors.
