The leading principles teachers’ professional development of the professional (vocational) education

Abstract
Conceptual approaches to the content and prospects of development of professional and pedagogical education are investigated. The leading principles in functioning of system of professional and pedagogical education and professional development of teachers which work in institutions of professional (vocational) education. The conceptual documents adopted in the system of vocational education in Ukraine are analyzed. It is determined that the functioning of an effective system of teachers' professional development should be based on the main idea of pedagogical theory and become a leading conceptual design, which should be implemented for the constructive principles of different types of teaching activities in the process of teachers' professional growth. It is specified that the system of continuous teachers' professional development should promote selfactualization and self-realization of the teacher in the conditions of transformational social and economic changes, to provide the most favorable conditions for the full disclosure of the teacher's creative potential, the acquisition of new and improvement of acquired competencies, the extension of vocational and educational profile based on their own educational needs with the programmatic goals of the institution, public expectations and demands of the labour market. The leading principles in substantiation of the author's concept of professional development of teachers which work in institutions of professional (vocational) education are defined in: humanocentrism; synergism; target approach; dynamism of professional and pedagogical development; diagnostic approach to building an individual trajectory of pedagogical development; activation of motivational sphere, responsibility, teacher's academic mobility; provision of personality-oriented content of training and personal-activity approach in the educational process; personalization of professional development; free choice of type, form, provider of educational services, introduction of various models, techniques, procedures of professional development of teachers which work in institutions of professional (vocational) education.
