Peculiarities of the mental states of the state criminal and executive service (sces) staff in the coordinate system «Service – house»

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the peculiarities of the mental states of the State Criminal and Executive Service (SCES) staff in the coordinate system «service-house». During the research, was used associative methodology as an empirical sociological reflection with the inclusion of associative cards in it. The article analyzes the change of mental states during the transition from service to daily life outside of work. The main vectors of influence on the SCESU staff are determined, where the first vector is the carrier of the general culture, which broadcasts socially-approved norms of life, and the second one carries the atmosphere of isolation, which is stipulated by the system of serving a sentence of those who have committed crimes of different gravity and precisely, for this reason, is convicted for imprisonment. It is determined that the SCESU staff is exposed to the negative influence of the antisocial environment as an object of its activity, despite the clear regulation of legal documents, which provide all regime points. According to the research results, working in penitentiary institutions and detention facilities could become a serious personal test for the SCESU staff and therefore need special attention in preparation for it. The majority of respondents find some difficulties of constant switching their life rhythm from working moments to household, family, so to those which are out of work. The next steps of our study are determined. They are directed to study more closely the peculiarities of the employees' life, their needs in order to normalize their lives in the conditions of service in the penitentiary system and to constructive problem solving of the emotional states of employees regulation in the coordinate system «service-house».
