Abstract
Qırâah is one of the most debated issues in the Tafsir History. The-re is an important place of the conflicts between traditions of qırâahin removing conclusions in Islamic Law. The article is argues the role of mutawatir qırâah in the interpretation of the juristical dis-putes.
