Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions Detection of The Relation Between Organizational Loyalty and Organizational Silence of teachers working at high schools. The universe of the study consists of High Schools continuing education activities in Eyüp, İstanbul in 2014-2015 academic year. The sampling of the research consists of 260 schools managers and teachers working at 14 high schools in the county. At the result of the study, it has been observed that organizational silence perceptions of woman participants were higher in terms of gender variable, participants in the language (Turkish-English) group kept more silent compared to participants in other branches in terms of branch variable, participants possesing school seniority of 10 years and over had higher perceptions in terms of the period of service variable at the school worked. With regards to variables of the period of service at the age and teaching, there exist no significant difference between perceptions of organizational loyalty and organizational silence.
