Abstract
The term “persecution“ is used for different meanings in the Qur'an. Persecution is one of the most important themes in Qur'anic terminology. When explored deeply, persecution reveals itself in close relationship with ascription (of anyone or anything other than God), curse and quarrel. One can persecute against God, human beings and especially against onself. The more a be-liever gives up Islamic values, the more you hear persecution in his or her personal life and social life. So beside the meaning of this term, you have to take care to not be the owner of the con-texts/connotations of this term. It is the aim of this paper to deep into the Qur'anic text as to find out its solutions for how people should avoid persecution.
