ANALYSIS OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL CIRCULATION DISORDERS

According to state statistical reports, there is a significant increase in cerebrovascular diseases in Rus- sia. The first place among them is occupied by strokes. The number of registered patients in Russia is more than 450 thousand per year. In 35 % of cases, a fatal outcome occurs. Currently, stroke is the main cause of disability in the population. 70–80 % becomes disabled after the disease. Stroke survivors, 20–30 % of them need constant external care. The disease reduces the duration of the upcom- ing life of men and women from 1 to 3 years. The article deals with the analysis of patients with acute disorders of cerebral circulation on the basis of the neu- rological Department of the Ruzaevsky vascular center, which provides qualified and specialized medical care.
