Abstract
The paper reveals specifics of applying the axiological approach to professional training of a future music teacher. In the course of the study, we have applied theoretical and empirical research methods (academic literature analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization). While researching academic sources, we have noted that a lot of papers consider the matter of professional training and the application of the axiological approach in the course of professional training; however, we believe that the matter of applying the axiological approach in the course of professional training of a future music teacher has not been studied sufficiently.
