Abstract

The article discusses the problem of trust in the relationship between the doctor and the patient. This topic is updated in terms of ethical, legal and socio-psychological aspects. The formation of trust as a socio-psychological construct is affected. Various approaches are being studied in understanding this phenomenon from the point of view of various research positions at the present stage. Particular attention is paid to understanding the phenomenon of trust as an integral socio-psychological construct within the framework of the approach of T.P. Skripkina. Confidence in the doctor-patient dyad is analyzed in a temporary aspect. The specifics of the trust relationship problem are disclosed both from the point of view of its understanding of it in the past and present. Particular attention is paid to the characteristic features of the psychological content of trusting relationships in the doctor-patient dyad. The article provides an analysis of the views of researchers and clinicians on the problem of what contributes to the emergence of trust in medical relations. The ideas of such specialists in the field of psychology and medicine are studied: M.S. Lebedinsky and V.N. Myasishchev, R. Konnechny and M. Boukhal, J. Lacan, V.A. Tashlykov, I. Hardy and others. Particular attention in the formation of patient confidence in the doctor is paid to the communicative competence of the medical professional as a specialist, as well as attention is paid to the topic of compliance and trust.
