Abstract
This article discusses the problem of the influence of strength exercises on the development of endurance. It is believed that under the same training conditions (cyclic movements, working at an average pace to complete fatigue), the endurance of individual muscle groups develops better when training with one constant load than when training with different weights, in other words, crucial in the development of endurance It does not have a gradual build-up of load in each workout, but the number of repetitions of exercises. Thus, with a reduction in the time interval between the inclusion of strength exercises and the beginning of training on endurance (of individual muscle groups), the negative effect of strength exercises itself increases.
