Abstract
Innovative processes in the educational field determine the increasing role of postgraduate teacher education in shaping the readiness of science teachers to develop entrepreneurial competence in high school students. In the article was identify the components of the individual educational trajectory of teachers in the system of postgraduate education, which combines formal, non-formal and informal education, because education for life implies not only improving the level of pedagogical skills by means of advanced training, but also organization of non-permanent education, individual professional goals, needs, motives, interests of the teacher, as well as the goals and objectives of the educational organization. Prospects of introduction of hyutagogics in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are outlined and indicators of teachers' readiness are formed: increase of teacher's self-organization, manifestation of leadership qualities, ability to resolve conflict situations, quickly make decisions in terms of uncertainty, uncertainty of working process, to stimulate and motivate high school students to study, to learn through experience and analysis of life situations. It was determine that postgraduate education is working on the transformation of established norms, orders, stereotypes in favor of innovative designing of their own professional trajectory of teacher development, based on the principles of free choice, creative expression and self-improvement.
