E-government: Designing IT Operating Model for Managing IT Services

Carrying day-by-day tasks for providing IT services can be a nightmare and certainly daunting for everyone. Especially if there are no suitable means that can provide guidance to those who involved in the processes. This research aims to design an IT operating model that can help as a guidance in order to help manage IT services in general. By designing an IT operating model, the expectation is after the design process is finished later on, the IT operating model itself can provide information for those who involved in the processes to have a general understanding about how the services are managed
