ARBITRATION COURT AS A SUBJECT OF LEGAL CONFLICTS RESOLUTION

This article analyzes one of the alternative forms of dispute resolution. Special attention is paid to the arbitration court as a subject of resolving legal conflicts. The definition of the place of the arbitration court among other alternative forms of dispute resolution is given. This method is the most relevant at the moment. The procedure for submitting a dispute to the arbitration court is disclosed. Emphasis is also placed on the crite- ria that are presented to judges. The advantages and disadvantages of the arbitration court as a subject of alterna- tive forms of dispute resolution are revealed
