Abstract
The authors evaluated the quality of training of graduates of one of the leading universities in Kazakh- stan in 2019. In this paper, the results of the study are analyzed and information is provided about the satisfaction of employers-managers of some enterprises and organizations in Kazakhstan-with the quality of training gradu- ates with higher professional education. . As a result of the research, it turned out that the graduates of the Uni- versity under study have the necessary professional qualities that were formed in the course of training. Based on the results of the study, practical suggestions were made to improve the effectiveness of training graduates with higher professional education
