MULTILINGUALISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: VIEWPOINT FROM THE OUTSIDE

The paper deals with a complex of problems connected to language policy in Republic of Kazakhstan. The research accent is given to the state trilingual trajectory, as well as to the conflicts between languages and cultures and possible ways to overcome them. Authors try to illustrate their point of view using different arguments from cultural studies in language, education. Language policy.
