Abstract
This article aimed at investigating the subject of the organizational climate and the functional expatriation of the African Glass Company in the field of literature. The research was based on three basic hypotheses to determine the nature of the relationship between the organizational climate and the functional expatriate. To achieve this, some field research techniques were used, mainly the questionnaire as a main tool for the study. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 79individuals from a community of 263workers Equivalent to 30% of the study population. The statistical program (spss) was used to calculate Pearson's linear correlation coefficient to measure the change in the dependent variable when the values of the independent variable change to see the relationships between the hypotheses of the study, where they found a positive relationship between the two variables (0.310).
