CALCULATION OF THE FLEXIBLE SPIRAL ELEMENTS

The analysis of existing methods of calculating mixing devices is carried out, an example of setting up an experiment for a simulation experiment and processing its results is given. The results of a series of such experiments are summarized in the form of dependence for determining the power criterion of a stirrer with flexible helical elements, and a method for determining the stresses and strains in the helical elements in the flow is proposed.
