INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF PROFESSIONALS

Modern crises and acute global issues show that many former society orientations were failing. Therefore, a modern society face a problem of change of outlook, wherein, in our opinion, the orientation of individual and society on the generally significant values (goodness, beauty, duty, justice, and others) will become important. The problem of studying of valuable orientations of the individual and their development in various age categories, professional groups and so on gains complex character. Moreover, as the subject matter of various social disciplines, valuable orientations represent the important and necessary research area which finds reflection in the many human sciences, for instance in philosophy, pedagogics, psychology and sociology.
