THREATS TO SOVEREIGNTY IN THE SPIRITUAL SPHERE OF THE MODERN UKRAINIAN SOCIETY: THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

The article analyzes the actual threats to the sovereignty of Ukraine in the spiritual sphere of public life. Their sources, coverage and possible consequences of the influence on the national interests are identified. The methodological and theoretical measures of spiritual security are substantiated, in particular, in order to monitor threats in the corresponding sphere, and the structure of the passport of threats to spiritual security is suggested. Some ways to improve the legislative framework on the institutionalization of spiritual security were offered as a method of neutralizing the threats to sovereignty in the spiritual sphere.
