NON-STRUCTURED PROBLEMS OF DECISION-MAKING INVESTMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STADIUM

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of unstructured decision- making problems in the context of attracting investment to a public organization that deals with the development and popularization of football among the masses. This organization is the Federation of Mini-Football of Ukraine, which needs further development, which can be accelerated by attracting investments to build its own football stadium. 7 cities of Ukraine were elected by the Board of the Federation. One of them will be selected for the construction of the first football ground, while the others will be built up to 23 years. This article uses 7 evaluation criteria for each city and, using the lexicographic principle chooses the optimal city for the construction of the first stadium.
