CORPORATE UNIVERSITY AS A TOOL TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF ADAPTATION OF EMPLOYEES OF ENTERPRISES

The article is devoted to the study of such a phenomenon as a corporate university, its goals and stages of creation. The study of the concept of corporate university and the purpose of its creation. The goals and principles of corporate university work, stages of implementation, process of establishing and organizing work at corporate university and its forms of existence are analyzed. The reasons for spreading the idea of establishing corporate universities were analyzed. The advantages of corporate university over academic education and the use of services of external training providers are substantiated. The main advantage is that the corporate university has a practical, focused orientation. The program of implementation of the program "Corporate University" for the enterprises aimed at its creation has been developed.
