FORMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF ACTIVIZATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and organizational issues of management of foreign economic and innovative activity of the enterprise in modern conditions of management. The importance of enterprise innovation activity as a sure vector of its future development is substantiated. Innovation is a process of evolution in the economy. Many years of experience in many countries confirm this. This process leads to economic modernization and structural restructuring. Innovation is the main criterion for ways to develop society. Therefore, a country that stands apart from the "innovation competition", ranks last in the hierarchy of development of the world community. In this paper, there is a study of management of foreign economic and innovation activities of Publishing House "Ranok". The subject of research is Limited Liability Company "Ranok" Publishing House (Kharkiv, Ukraine). The subject is the management of foreign economic and innovation activity of LLC "Ranok". Forms and methods of foreign economic activity, theoretical principles of enterprise management processes were considered. The article presents statistical data on the basis of which the analysis and research of the enterprise by management of foreign economic and innovative activity of the enterprise were conducted. To perform the work, legal acts regulating the activity of the enterprise in the internal and external markets, internal documents of the enterprise, basic educational literature, and open information sources of the Internet containing information the external environment of LLC Publishing House "Morning" were used and a report on undergraduate practice. According to the results of the study, a project for improving the activity of the enterprise on the basis of foreign economic and innovative methods was proposed. The results obtained during the development of the improvements will be implemented in the practical activity of LLC "Ranok" in 2019.
