LEGAL TOOLS FOR RESPONDING TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

The article addresses domestic violence as a crime and administrative misconduct. The article analyzes the composition of relevant offenses under Art. 1261 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Art. 1732 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, their delineation and the difference with the phenomenon of family conflict. The author thoroughly investigated the issue of cyclicality of domestic violence and the legal fixation of this feature as systematic. The article deals with quantitative and qualitative constituents of systematicity, correlation of this concept with repetition. The author also emphasizes the problem of the actual establishment of this trait, which is confirmed by the statistics collected and presented. The article focuses on contemporary remedies for domestic violence and the practice of their use.
