Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to use the concept of adopting technological innovation as a basic framework for monitoring the food supply chain. In addition, the application of this technique to improve the transparency of the food supply chain. Furthermore, A conceptual model has been developed, and the research culminates in the impacts of the transparent supply chain for food traceability. Theory: The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2).
