Abstract
It is offered results of the analysis of the communicative effectiveness in scientific and educational services marketing (e.x. WEB-system of the Department of marketing and management of innovative activity of Sumy State University). The received results can be used as a base of the plan of actions for increasing communicative efficiency of analyzed WEB-system, and generalization of this results will allow to manage promotion of higher education institutions and their departments in the Internet area deliberately and effectively for the purpose of strengthening their market positions.
