Abstract
The article deals with three kinds of semantic relationship in English phraseology. Reflexive pairs in their meaning are close to reflexive verb forms. Reciprocal pairs are close to reciprocal verb forms. And causa- tive forms are close to imperative verb forms. The system analysis of relationship in English phraseological fund shows the essence of phraseology as a special kind of set phrases. Phraseological units are opposed to literal meaning by distinguishing irregularity. Phraseology has it's own standards. Phraseological units are forming according to their own rules of creation and functioning. These rules are realized in phraseological models. Combination of model ranges in the form of frame-scripts helps to see the level of similarity of phraseological units
