وجهة نظر نظرية عن بعض عقبات عمل المترجم القانوني / A Theoretical Perspective on some Difficulties Faced by the Legal Translator in his Workplace

Legal translation is considered as one of the most difficult fields to be tackled; regardless the linguistic side a translator may encounter in such texts, there are other challenges to face and might make his mission more complicated, especially when there is no sufficient knowledge about the different aspects a legal text may reflect, that is why it is necessary for a legal translator to have a deep theoretical background on how to tackle such texts in order to bypass the different obstacles hindering him to convey the message correctly.
