Some problems of ensuring that turnover participants are aware of the powers of directors legal entity

This article is devoted to reviewing certain issues of corporate representation, determination of the powers of corporate representatives and mechanisms of delivering such information on the scope of powers to counteragents of a legal entity. The author also provides comparative research on the principles of commercial registers of some foreign states and makes certain suggestions to amend Russian regulatory acts which will result in the better balance of interests of the legal entities (and respective investors) on the one side and their counteragents on the other.
