Abstract
Problem of the study of branch markets influence on development and realization adaptive development strategy of the enterprise is considered in article. The basis of the offered approach forms the development of the alternative directions of the strategic decisions for some industrial enterprises with taking into account their position on the market and features of branch markets functioning.
