Abstract
The article analyzes the state of development of the labor market of Ukraine, which affects the efficiency of the economy, the development of scientific and technological progress; reduction of production of goods and services, reduction of gross domestic product. The importance of introduction of new management mechanisms, organization and implementation of vocational education of citizens is determined. Emphasis is placed on the unpreparedness of vocational education for the situation in the country, which has led to the need to unify vocational training. The importance of finding new ways of managing institutions of vocational (technical) education (ZP(PT)O), improving the organization of the educational process in the new conditions is noted. Peculiarities of financing vocational (vocational) education in Ukraine – sources and purpose are considered. The limited ability of the state to provide full funding for vocational (vocational) education is indicated. The main goal and the final product of the educational organization are determined. The unique differences of institutions in terms of their content are characterized. The main age characteristics of the subject of management in the institution of professional (vocational) education, which require a special approach to the organization of interaction with students at all levels of management. The author establishes the relationship between methods of management of vocational (vocational) education and the organization of management activities of heads of institutions that helps to ensure the effectiveness of management, achieving maximum results in the management of vocational (vocational) education, spending a minimum of time and effort. Management is characterized as a special type of managerial and administrative activity, carried out within the framework of a permanent system of collective work, which operates purposefully in all spheres of public life. The author notes the organizational perfection of the management structure of vocational (vocational) education, which is provided by a clear definition of general and partial tasks, further prospects for the team.
