Harmonization of university-student relations means of extracurricular social activity of socionomic professionals

Abstract

The article considers the problematic aspects of the implementation of the mechanism of social activity of future specialists of socionomic professions. Theoretical principles of interdisciplinary approaches to the study of educational influences on the development of social activity of future specialists of socionomic professions are outlined. The current state of scientific and pedagogical thought on the development of social activity of the individual as a form of his socially meaningful existence in the processes of self-creation, communication and interaction which enables the social integrity of the individual. Productive strategies of process analysis and development of scientific support models of development of social behavior of future specialists as members of certain professional groups in the new conditions of the labor market are revealed. Social activity is one of the leading qualities of the individual, a prerequisite for the harmonization of its relations with society and the state, stabilizes the unity of the goals of social and state development. The article reveals the content of professional qualities of future specialists of socionomic professions, the place of social activity in the structure of professional training of teachers, social workers and psychologists as representatives of the socionomic direction. The nature of interaction between the administration of higher education and students in formal and informal contexts of their involvement in active participation in educational, cultural, leisure, social activities as a factor in the development of extracurricular social activity is analyzed. The content of the concept of development of social activity of the future specialist at substructural levels of interaction «society – education», «educational environment – the personality of the future specialist» at the present stage of development of vocational education in Ukraine is detailed. It is also taken into account that the basis for the development of social activity of future specialists in socionomic professions are educational, scientific, creative, leisure, social activities that are institutionalized within higher education institutions in student communities: academic groups, student government, interest clubs, amateur groups, scientific societies, informal associations, etc.
