Abstract
The essence of the concept of innovative potential of the company, its relationship with the components of companyse potential is considered, provided the authors interpretation of this category. Components of the mechanism for managing the innovation potential of enterprises providing intensification of innovative processes economic agents of the national economy are proposed.
