Abstract
The article discusses the requirements for the level of psychological involvement of an individual in his labor activity and the complication of people's mental activity, the constant growth of their personal claims. A study of the theoretical aspects of the
concepts of socio-psychological climate. The features of the socio-psychological climate at the enterprise are considered. The problems of the socio-psychological climate in the organization under study are identified and suggest ways to solve them.
