Abstract
Learning organizations are those which promote learning as a central culture. It acknowledges the importance of continuous learning for all levels of management. Organizational commitment is seen as an individual's psychological attachment to an
organization or a psychological bond that connects an individual to his/her organization. This paper raised the question of how the concepts of learning organization and organizational commitment are related. The objective of this study was to critically analyse the existing literature on these two concepts and identify the relationship between these two constructs. The results reveal that the concepts of learning organizations and organizational commitment are deeply interwoven and open up new questions to be explored by further research.
