TOWARDS THE DESCRIPTION OF NEWSPAPERS IN LEARNING ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Obviously, language is the significant trait of human being. With the help of language, people express their ideas and share information. It enables the people to communicate to each other. In the world of today, people are identified by the language they use. No doubt, language is the identity of the nation. More than four thousand languages are being spoken in the present world. English language occupies superior status among all languages. So the learning and teaching of English language for EFL learners is vital to progress in this modern world. In learning English language, Newspaper can play key role. Mostly, people read newspapers daily in the morning. We find all types of information and knowledge in newspapers. They keep us updated about every field of life. Owing to the importance of newspapers, they have become an effective tool for learning and teaching of English language in non-native context. The conducted research tends to examine the advantages of using newspapers as an effective tool in the acquisition of EFL. The undertaken study sheds light on various features, advantages and advanced applications of Newspaper proving helpful in learning English language
