All-Ukrainian Library “Biographical Rating”: the dynamics of changes in the information resource

Abstract
The article focuses on the current problems of the library community, one of which is the communicative component in creating a single information space and providing access to shared resources. The effectiveness of the process directly depends on a systematic update, analytical processing of scientific and methodological materials, and improving the resources of the Ukrainian segment of the Internet. ‟Biographical rating” as an information and communication project contributes to the activation of biographic processes in the state by the joint achievements of library specialists, authors, scientists, publishers.The priority task of the rating is the introduction of the latest software and technological tools in library activities, the adjustment and support of the communicative component, the accumulation and popularization of bi-genre multigenre publications (biographies, collective portrait, reference biographical publications, personal indexes, collections of bio-bibliographic materials, biography sources: autobiographies, memoirs, correspondence etc.). The presented functional-dynamic model of the Rating is considered on the comparative characteristics of the process of creation, testing and implementation in the biographical sphere during the last two years from the start (2017). The organizationaland technical characteristics of the Rating are determined, changesin the process of its formation and implementation at the preparatory-communication, system-technical, event and final stages are tracked. The site testing methodology was used, which included: functional testing; usability testing; user interface testing; configuration testing; security testing; change related testing; testing mobile version; beta testing. The introduction of the latest software and technology tools, the accumulation and popularization of multi-genre biographical publications, the construction of communication links will contribute to the development of a virtual community of scientific researchers within the framework of the Ukrainian Biographical Society.
