Abstract
Online banking offers convenience to customers to access their accounts and transact anytime, anywhere. However the hacking of online bank accounts remain as a threat. The current study focused on identifying the risk perception of online banking customers towards the security system of online banking transactions. The study found that non communication about the changes in the security system was perceived with high risk and OTP, grid and virtual keypad were perceived with low risk
