Criterion apparatus of researching formation of harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers

Abstract

The article defines and characterizes the criterion apparatus for studying the formation of harmonious interpersonal relations of future primary school teachers. Considering the studied phenomenon as integrative personal education, the following basic criteria to form harmonious interpersonal relations of future primary school teachers are identified: motivational-value, intellectual-cognitive, emotional-volitional and interactional as well as corresponding indicators. It has been determined that the indicators of formation of the phenomenon under study according to the motivational-value criterion are: internalized spiritual, moral, humane, social values and value orientations; cognitive interest, activity of the individual in getting to know oneself, the subject of interpersonal interaction and mastering heterogeneous knowledge; orientation of the individual to establishing, supporting and developing harmonious interpersonal relationships. It is established that the indicators of formation of harmonious interpersonal relationships of future primary school teachers according to the intellectual-cognitive criterion are: knowledge about oneself and the subject of interpersonal interaction; general erudition and worldview culture of the individual; deep holistic knowledge of harmonious interpersonal relationships. It was determined that according to the emotional-volitional criterion, the indicators of formation of the phenomenon under study are: an emotional world of a personality, developed higher feelings, empathy; a positive-emotional attitude towards the subject of interpersonal interaction; the ability to emotional-volitional self-regulation of own emotional states, activities, behavior. It was found that according to the behavioral-effective criterion, the indicators of formation of harmonious interpersonal relations of future primary school teachers are: the ability to cooperate and effective communication; actions, deeds, behavior that meet moral, humane principles; the ability to choose an assertive model of behavior and resolve conflict situations in a constructive way. It is proved that the defined criteria and the indicators of formation of harmonious interpersonal relations of future primary school teachers are designed to adequately assess the formation of the phenomenon under study. It is noted the criterion apparatus of the study is dynamic and functional, since a person consciously or subconsciously strives for internal and external harmony in life and a life is a search for harmony
