Abstract
Physical inactivity has become a major health problem worldwide. It was determined that the factor that increases the risk of death between all causes is "low condition". The purpose of this article is to draw attention to the problems that our body will face due to physical inactivity and to raise awareness about the importance of exercise in our readers when we have to spend more time at home due to Covid-19 nowadays. Going even a step further, the purpose of this article is to help them do the exercises related to endurance, strength, flexibility and balance, the details and examples of which are given in the article. When doing physical activities, we need to know well how useful the activity is, what kind of sports activities and from which ages on should be done, and what kind of protective materials should be used during physical activity. When we know what kind of physical activity, how long, how often and how much we should do, we can benefit from the numerous advantages of physical activities. Let's not forget that even at all ages and all kinds of health problems, there are exercise modalities that will help us improve our health, thus contributing to our quality of life.
