Military education in Russia: military training centers at universities as a tool for attracting qualified specialists to military service

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, like any other highly organized structure, require a constant influx of highly qualified personnel. Military conscription often cannot provide a sufficient level of attractiveness for people with higher education, because in this case the Armed Forces have to compete for personnel with civilian companies. This article discusses the experience of organizing Military training centers at universities to solve this problem.
