Abstract
This article presents a theoretical approach to the importance of using public relations to help a project create a positive image. Studying the influence of information on the image of projects seems to be an interesting research topic. Image is the opinion of a person, a group of persons or public opinion about a certain project. All experts agree that a negative image affects, sometimes to an incredible extent, the success of a project. In the modern era, we cannot talk about public opinion without taking into account the mass media as the main agent in the transmission of information to the public with unlimited opportunities to influence it or form it.
