Abstract
The article is devoted to innovative changes in the ratings of universities. University rankings, their management, teachers and students should have a hierarchical relationship. Solution to the piecemeal leads to a large number of unrelated decisions based on ballroom-rating approaches. A combined approach based on a common set of basic components, including components such as the citation of research, the level of student knowledge actually transferred and independent evaluation (eg, the media), which are, in fact, private ratings. We consider the integration of a number of case studies, particularly in relation to the rating of the teaching staff and students.
