Abstract
On the basis of the current legislation the legal status of the foreign Ukrainian and its constituents is analyzed.
The comparative characterization of the statuses of foreign nationals of other states is presented with the purpose of introducing ways of strengthening the status of such persons in the Ukrainian legislation.
