ADAPTATION OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF PREVENTION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACCORDING TO THE PRACTICE OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

This article represents the analyses of Council of Europe documents that contain standards of protection and support of victims of domestic violence. Also, special attention to the European Court of Human Rights and its conclusions, with the aim of further implementation of these standards into Ukrainian legislation and on practical level.
