Abstract
The research aims to find the users “Passenger Satisfaction towards Railway services to analyze the social economic profile and level of satisfaction. The sample required for the study has been collected through structured questionnaire. The 100 sample size for the study taken. So as per technology development all the passengers' satisfaction towards level of satisfaction and services.
