THE ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN SCIENTIFIC DISCOURSE ON RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT IN EMERGENCIES

Based on the results of the analysis of foreign research in the field of civil protection and emergency management, it is established that they are conducted in the following areas: functional, which studies the mechanisms to ensure the smooth operation of rescue services; competence, thanks to which it is possible to conclude educational standards; meaningful, within which a set of disciplines is discussed; socio-educational, which explores the relationship between society and education; educational and methodical, which presents the results of research in the form of textbooks, manuals, reference books, sets of exercises and cases.
