Abstract
The solution of the scientific and practical problem of effective personal development, which is promoted the using of the hermeneutic aspects in education of students through formation of sociocultural abilities, systematic and organizational and substantial educational preparation taking into account the potential of the educational and sociocultural environment on the basis of formation of positive social experience, are examined in the article.
