Abstract
The purpose of this research is to measure the degree to which different Government Organization in Dubai have been affected by Leaders' behaviors, what factors affect leader's behaviors, and what leader's behaviors that positively or negatively impact the organizational performance, in terms of growth as well as profitability by utilizing the situational leadership model. This research is quantitative in nature, depends on primary data with sample size of 152 respondents from that government organization, their positions vary from employees to executives. The results indicated that there is positive significant impact on the organizational performance in terms of growth and profitability by the coaching style, and then the supporting style, whereas directing style and delegating style didn't show significant impact on the organizational performance according to the collected responses
