Abstract
Electronic Human Resource (E-HR) is a kind of an organization that uses computer devices, handled devices and laptops. The aim of this paper is to improve the E-HR systems; in particular, it provides the requested business completion to the employees with less time and effort. The system is a desktop application uses internet network and it has many services to improve the HR process which makes HR system an integrated system that has many services such as: Inquiries about employees, vacations, absence, attendance and labor turnover, debt, delay in work, salaries, work contracts, penalties, deductions, overtime hours, and many other services. It also gives back full reports for managers and employees. One of the new services that is added in this system is SMS service which is a two ways service: ("Send messages now" and "Save messages and send it later"). This developed system is good, friendly, and the most important individuals involved in the research are managers, employees, and organizations such as: Factories, companies, banks, universities or any organizations looking for a proper HR system that exactly suits their demands
